We enjoyed a short visit to this fabulous art museum. It is set in an attractive new building and it felt light and airy wandering the various exhibits. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. It was a pleasant visit and I would be tempted to revisit. It is also free with easy accessibility for parking. There is a cafe and simple souvenir shop. There are fliers and leaflets to communicate upcoming events and exhibitions.

Wonderful building filled with thought provoking exhibits. Unfortunately some of the areas were being renovated when I visited so didn't see as much as I was hoping to. The gift shop had mislabelled the price on some products which was unfortunate.

Lovely spacious cafe with friendly staff and good food. Cater well for gluten free, vegan and dairy free. Examples include fresh soup, home made frittata, excellent chips (gluten free ), sandwiches, jacket potatoes, toasties, salads and tarts/pies, plus cakes of course. Good coffee too, and they offer a selection of alternative milks. Closed on Mondays!

Visited over half term with 2 & 7 year old boys. The building was nice, the cafe was lovely which offered freshly made pack lunches for £1. The exhibition was small with interesting pieces which the boys enjoyed. The art trolley was on for kids to do art and crafts ran by Zoe who was friendly and gave the boys things to do, kept them busy👍
