Visited here Friday with my 2 year old, 1 year old and 3 month old. Absolute fantastic play area with so many different things to do for all ages. A few reviews on here complaining about price etc but for what you get I think it’s 100% worth it. Rather pay that little more for a decent clean play area. Will 10000% be back x

This place is an absolute disgrace!!! The prices are DISGUSTING! Over £80! That’s absolute daylight robbery! And having to pay for adults too?! Absolutely pathetic!! There’s no kids meals and drinks included in the ridiculously high prices either!!!!!! The fact the staff are so rude and useless, not attentive in the slightest and not child friendly!! The toilets have CCTV inside them!!!! How are we to know that whatever random people viewing that cctv can’t see your children whilst using the toilets (who knows what perverts are watching kids on there!). You can say they aren’t looking into the stalls, but how do we actually know that is a 100% true fact?! The food and drink prices are shocking!! And the food is utter crap!! The owners should be ashamed of themselves! No wonder it’s empty!

The place is clean, organized, the free rides are safe, but the price is too high for the benefit. My wife, I and two daughters aged 3 and 5 for £27 for 1 hour and 30 minutes is absurd. Not to mention that there are other rides inside that you have to pay for. The food was also above average in price and not good, everything was very oily.

Son loved it. Lots of different sections, the volcano was really good, and the trampoline section went down well too. There's a little row of shops/vets/salon/ice cream van. This was good but there wasn't many props in there. The price is a little expensive, always think charging for adults is a bit cheeky. A 3 year old can't exactly go on their own can they?

I attended a birthday party at Fun Shack Middlesbrough for my friend’s son, and I was shocked at how badly things were handled. Two children in the play area were bullying the birthday boy and his friends — pushing, kicking, swearing and making them cry. Instead of enjoying the party, most of the children spent the time upset and too scared to play. The parents went to staff several times to ask for help and even requested CCTV to be checked, but the manager kept insisting everything was fine and that the kids were “playing together.” That was not true — we could all see the children crying and distressed. The way the staff and management ignored the situation was unacceptable. This was supposed to be a happy day, but it turned into a really upsetting experience for everyone. Offering a free entry at the end didn’t fix the fact that the party was ruined. Definitely would not recommend this place for children’s parties.
