I visited the gym while prepping for a powerlifting meet, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. It has everything you need for powerlifting, bodybuilding and more, and is great value. Would definitely recommend
Legendary gym , comprehensively equipped for powerlifters, strongman & bodybuilding. Crazy atmosphere you wont get from softer commercial gyms.

Great gym been going on and off for about a year now but never had a bad experience owner is always respectful and gives good advice prices are also very reasonable
a fantastic gym with a great freindly vibe and possibly the best selection of free weights you will ever see staff are all very helpfull weather its diet cardio or weights they always have good advice to give best gym by far round these parts a proper gym for people serious about training
