Absolutely awfull service, they actually tried to refuse a disabled person and their dog from doing their shopping, they asked us to hurry up and leave the shop pretending they was scared, she even admitted that she wouldn't do this if a blind person entered with an assistance dog but apparently someone with hidden disabilities doesn't fit the criteria. Typical people who don't understand brittish law. And yes we produced all identification badges to prove the dogs eligibility and was still refused normal service.

This shop often overcharges. The price you are charged does not match the price on the item/ sticker. Many items have no price on at all. Also, the service could be more friendly. I only use this shop if I’m absolutely desperate.
