Paul is very pleasant to do business with and knowledgeable. Absolutely no issues with using strings I'd purchased to do the restringing with. Very good price and turnaround of my 2 tennis rackets. As I also play badminton and to a lesser extent squash, I know who to use and recommend in the future. Restringing is done using an electronic machine, so is precise.
