Wow! I have been to a few spas in my time and I have NEVER seen a spa quite like this one. Luxurious, gorgeous, beautiful. All of the above! The attention detail is incredible, flowers to look at whilst you’re getting your massage, slippers, dressing gown, blankets. They really couldn’t have thought of anything else! The afternoon tea was beautiful and presented perfectly. The alpacas were so friendly and wanted to get in on our girls day but also happy to give us space. Jo & Michaela were beautiful women, so attentive, friendly and warm. I would return just for a catch up with these ladies. I really cannot wait to return, you really have something so special. A fantastic spa day! We visited the retreat as a group of 4 and took part in the 'healing harmony' package. We would highly recommend a visit here. From start to finish, our experience with Jo was exceptional. The facilities and attention to detail are most definitely 5 star! The treatments we had were excellent and the Alpacas were so wonderful to see. Every little thing has been considered and special touches made our visit even more special. Thank you again Jo!

We had such an amazing time at beckside retreat yesterday. Jo was an amazing host, so warm and welcoming. Every detail had been thought of including birthday balloons, a cake and a card for my 40th. She went the extra mile and it’s so appreciated. Emily was also amazing and so attentive. The perfect way to celebrate any milestone. We were well catered for as we had a veggie and vegan in the group and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for making our time there perfect

I had the most amazing experience with Jo at Beckside Spa Retreat. She was so attentive, caring, and genuinely passionate about what she does - you can really tell she loves her work, and it shows in every detail. She absolutely didn’t disappoint. This was a lovely gift from my brother and his wife, and I honestly had the best time. The whole experience was relaxing and felt really special.
