I am the type of person that never really writes reviews but felt I had to on this occasion . You know when you are one of those people that won’t turn up at anyone’s house without a cake or Packet of biscuits for a brew or bottle of wine to share well that’s me . There are very few places I have stayed at that from the moment you walk through the door you feel like your at home from home and your stay is going to be much better than your expectations . I knew when booking the granary after doing my own research that the host Jackie sounded like a lovely lady and it was the place to chose for us over the August bank holiday . It was not only everything about the rooms and grounds being spot on but the little things like a brew with a bit cake when you arrived like your visiting your family . I can’t recommend the Granary and Jackie enough and as a former travel agent I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and intend to do so within the next year . Thanks Jackie for a lovely welcome and stay x
Just had an amazing stay at the Granary. Absolutely amazing rooms. Fantastic breakfast but best of all an awesome welcome from host Jacqui . Nothing was too much trouble . Was made to feel like family. Already booked again. Well done .
The whole atmosphere at the Granary is amazing. Lovely large rooms, comfy and large bed, amazing food for breakfast and a lovely courtyard to sit out in and drink tea and eat cake! The lady who runs the Granary, Jacqui, is so lovely and you feel genuinely looked after and cared for while you are there. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing stay. Jacqui was really welcoming, and the tea and cake were a bonus! Totally lovely, comfy, spotless room. Fab breakfast in the morning. Very highly recommended, can't wait to return. .
We had a 2 night stay for a wedding. Amazing rooms. Fab breakfast and nothing too much trouble for Jackie. We were well looked after. Definately recommend here for bed & breakfast.🙂
