Ordered some kitchen handles, they were delivered fairly quickly. They were decent value but I wish I had ordered the same ones off amazon now as some in the pack were faulty, hole to hole was 160mm but the overhang should have been 40mm each side but on some it was 50mm, 30mm so these were faulty & i couldn't use. I emailed them twice & was just ignored so I wouldn't buy again from them due to the poor customer service & not sorting out issues, had it been on amazon is would have been sorted & they were slightly cheaper on there anyway.

I have not been to the store but I've ordered through their website numerous amount of times and always had fabulous quality postage bags. They are reasonable priced for the amazing quality and have amazing customer service if you ever have a problem, also the delivery time is super fast too.
