Millbrook Bed and Breakfast

The breakfast was absolutely great, would definitely recommend the scrambled eggs. Incredible experience with the hosts being one of the highpoints, giving an overall welcoming experience. Fantastic place for a weekend away. Would definitely recommend staying here 👍

We have just had our 1st stay here at Millbrook. What a perfect way to welcome 2025! The studio room we stayed in is absolutely perfect! Lower floor has kitchen, just be aware no oven. Buy Di kindly offered to borrow us her air fryer. Double bed. Huge bathroom with shower. Upstairs the most cosy living area and 2 single beds. Tv upstairs and downstairs. So warm and welcoming. Lovely friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed every minute and will most definitely be back. Very highly reccomeded.

Well what can we say about this property, only WOW! It's set in wonderful surroundings, on the bank of the river Don. The owners, Di and David, are wonderful hosts, with lots of info on places to visit and eat. The room we stayed in, had a balcony with a view of the hills, river and ducks. It was a very good size with a lovely ensuite. Everywhere was so clean too. There are a wide range of breakfast options, which were very tasty. We are hoping to go back in May next year. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Stayed last night in the studio.. mum & 2 daughters ( all adults). Rooms beautiful & spotlessly clean, Owners Di & Dave made us feel very welcome, made us a coffee with packets of biscuits on arrival! Beautiful views & location. Very peaceful. Ideal as we were going to meadowhall shopping centre & Cannon Hall Farm few miles away. Lovely breakfast included ( cooked breakfast, toast, jams, butters, cereal, fruit juice, tea, coffee) . 100% recommend & will definitely be booking again next year. X

What a wonderful stay! Di and Dave made us feel so welcome :) It was more like visiting long time not seen family rather than typical B&B hosts. We stayed with our 2 children in the studio which was very clean, and comfortable. Great location for sightseeing and exploring Peak District, while beautiful view from their garden makes your morning coffee extra special! We would love to came back and can't recommend this place enough!
