An absolutely lovely venue! Work is being done to each area to modernise but the space it has to offer is absolutely outstanding! It has a brand new kitchen, tea and coffee facilities and several rooms/halls available to book. I would recommend - PLUS it supports a local community resource!

An old school building brought back to life by community volunteers, to provide for the community. They are doing a great job, and it's busy with courses and events for all ages. Currently one of the bases for the Calderdale and Kirklees Recovery College, only 10 mins walk from our previous site, with a room for craft courses. Bus stops right outside (both directions). A big car park (all spaces wheelchair accessible but some designated spaces), good toilet facilities, a little kitchen and seating area for small groups to have lunch. Looks like there's a café too - it's not open during the day but I can hope! Volunteers are constantly improving the facilities, which is amazing to see the work they are putting into it. I think it's going to be spectacular when they are finished! Well worth supporting.

We attended a 6th birthday party here. Plenty of parking for the guests. Lovely room, perfect for parties and events.
