We bought our son’s first car from Cars Direct 3 weeks ago.. It was a really good experience buying the car.. low mileage excellent condition and all history included aswell as RAC Warranty and Road recovery.. Customer Service from Alex was 10 out of 10 not pushy in anyway and very knowledgeable.. would highly recommend this garage.. Thanks Alex.. Toby’s on the road and loving his new wheels.. 👍👍👍

Awesome customer service....... honesty and professionalism from Alex who showed me the vehicle, and he was determined to ensure I had the best experience...... he went above and beyond to resolve a couple of issues after I bought the car, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided or quality of my experience. Would absolutely recommend !!!

Fantastic experience of buying a car with Cars Direct. Professional service and was made to feel comfortable throughout the process. Thrilled with our car and I am confident that if any issues occur will be resolved by the company. Car was ready for us to take home on the same visit and all stress free.
