Back in July 2021 we left an advanced payment with this company on a vehicle, trusting in their legal terms and conditions. That stated we could have the money back if we weren’t happy with the vehicle on completion. We had an issue with the weight out of current vehicle, and it became obvious that a 3.5 tonne vehicle wouldn’t be suitable for our business moving forward. The owner of the company decided to then steal our money. We’ve been to court twice now over the matter and won both times, but with the owner been as unprofessional and arrogant as he is, he’s failed to pay and now has an outstanding ccj against the company. With further court action now required. Do not trust this company with you money, he’s had our money now for 16 months and sold the van 14 month ago to someone else.
