"2-3 Day Delivery" was actually 5 working days for me. Ordered on a Sunday not getting it until Friday. Deliberately paid £7 on a small order, for Royal Mail 48 to avoid Evri and its taken a full week anyway. Not the service it used to be. Don't think I'll be coming back

Good quality silicone hoses, however customer service is horrific, would highly recommend avoiding attending the premises, staff make you think it’s a crime to buy their products
