Terrible experience with Whitegate – complete disregard for customers If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent days trying to book a viewing for a property with Whitegate. I called multiple times, sent emails, and was repeatedly given empty promises: “we’ll get back to you,” “we’ll check with the person in charge,” “we’ll contact you soon” – but they never did. After three days of this nonsense, I finally told them I would go to their office in person. Miraculously, they were then able to schedule a viewing for the following day. But it didn’t end there. Just an hour before the scheduled viewing, I received a message saying the property had just been rented to someone else. This is not just unprofessional—it is a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and patience. It felt as if I was begging for a favour, when in reality, I was a serious potential tenant ready to do business. If the property market were even slightly more competitive, agencies like this wouldn’t stand a chance. If you value your time and expect even a basic level of professionalism, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

So my mum used whitegates to sell her house and I was at the side of her every step of the way so I can comment on this experience… Every thing was fine and dandy until we had found a buyer, this woman was fairly wealthy and had bit of money, and she had sold her house and all her money had moved over, whitegates then all of a sudden stop letting my mum know what was going on, I mean radio silence from everyone, so after about a week of this my mum rang whitegates and explained like dose she want the house dose she not things went on a for a while and in the end it was like whitegates where working with this woman and against my mum, and then this woman and her family have a real vendetta against my mum and turned really sour, so thanks whitegates 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I am property developer and used Whitegates Mirfield and was very pleased with their professionalism and willingness to get my properties sold, not only this their selling fees were also very competitive. I would strongly recommend them for buying or selling a property and their knowledge of the property market is also second to none. Good job guys. Will be using you again.

Really bad Agency!!! Everyone who works in this Agency are not trusted. We passed on all paper works and credit check, and they said need to do something on the house before we can move in. I said no problem we can wait a few days, but we had to wait 2 weeks and they still didn't ring us with any information!!! Now at 4 weeks, I went to the Agency and asked whats going on now, and they said no information, and said they will ring me if the Landlord contacts them!! After 20 mins the Agency rang me and said, someone else got the house!!! WHAT, AND HOW!!?? They wasted our time and my wife is completely depressed, because now we got 7 days to find another house with 3 childrens or move to the street. Thank you WHITEGATES MIRFIELD!!!
