First time experience using Wilcock & Co I would definitely recommend, from the day i contacted they were really professional, helpful and friendly. Wilcock have done everything to rent my property which was achieved in less than 14 days. Big thanks especially to Kelly for pushing the property, i look forward to a relationship as a landlord under the fully managed service.

Not happy at all with the customer service here. I booked a house viewing and no one showed up to let us in. After waiting to get through on the phone I was told they forgot to put it in the diary. Really disappointed as we travelled far and left work early to view this house. I think this company needs to get more organised.

Shocking customer service house was coated in black mold and they kept saying they will send someone out, they never did. Also gave them our 30 day notice still not heard from them to say they have acknowledged

I have used Wilcock & Co to purchase/sell and let my properties over the last year, The house we bought in Jan 19 was up for sale with them and I was so impressed with the professionalism/friendliness of the team that we decided to place our old house on the market with them and even though it was perhaps slightly out of area for Wilcocks they managed to get it sold in around 10 weeks, what I liked about Julie, Natalie and Kelly is the fact that they where all up to speed on what was happening throughout the whole process of both the sale and buying our new home as with agents we have sold with in the past we where assigned to one person and if they where out of the office or not in nobody else knew anything about what was going on and was left waiting for said person to ring back. Safe to say when it came to finding a tenant for a property I have recently bought in the area Wilcocks was my first port of call, Kelly viewed the property and advised on a couple of points to enhance the appeal of the house, she also organised for the work to be carried out at a very competitive price and it was let within a very short space of time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Natalie and her team and will use them again for any further rental properties I acquire in the area.

I purchased a house via Wilcock recently. The people are really nice & obliging (When you manage to speak to someone). However it is often quite challenging to get hold of someone to speak to. I have never heard the phrase "I was just about to ring you" used quite so much before. Be prepared to chase for responses.
