Kenmore Service Centre

Popped in after attending the shop to see if they could source a gas strut for the front locker. Staff were very helpful but couldn't source a part. It looks like I'll have to order online somewhere. Have to say the shop was well stocked and not the usual faded yellowed parts that have been on the shelves for years like some places. All looked new and well organised.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. As I was travelling a good distance to purchase, I needed several questions answered before committing to buy. Robert was very helpful and very knowledgeable and the sale went through successfully. I only wish Kenmore Caravans had a branch in North East. Superb company to deal with.

Best place in Yorkshire for caravan servicing hands down. Bought my van from Lowdhams - they were absolutely shocking from the get go and have now evidently gone bust - used a few other service centres in Yorkshire but none of which Iv wanted to go back to! Used kenmore for the first time this year and genuinely felt cared for, felt like I was more than just a transaction to them! Further about 4 weeks after my service I somehow managed to dethread my hub when checking my wheels on the morning of our holiday - I rang Ken more for advise and they said fetch it down now! Got there and within 45 minutes they had my van off the car, in the air and brand new wheel hub fitted there and then! I was back on my way in holiday and they really looked after me on price! They’ve now got a customer for life in me, what a great team!

I have never been anywhere where the service is as good as it is here. They really do try their best at all levels. Would 100% recommend
