First time at Newgate Garage!! I was recommended after a recent crash. I was quoted extremely high prices, however I was quoted a reasonable price by Jav. I was greeted with a courtesy car which was much appreciated due to me working out of town. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, no scratches to be seen on my vehicle. Communication was amazing, I was aware of what was happening with my vehicle and Jav kept me updated. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic set of guys! having had a really bad experience with a chain garage, Newgate sorted my car out and sent me all the evidence to persue action. I am so grateful to these guys the work they do is fab and they genuinely put the customer first. Would recommend to anyone!!

Outstanding service, truly went above and beyond to help my daughter following appalling service from Arnold Clark. Rectified several issues from previous servicing/MOT, spent hours getting to the root cause & repaired efficiently with fair pricing, commitment & patience. Can not recommend these guys enough, 10/10!!!

Used for the first time as it was close to where I hit a kerb and got a puncture on my way to work. The guys were absolutely brilliant even though they were extremely busy (always a good sign) managed to squeeze me in and fix my repair. Price was also a bonus as very competitive and I will definitely be using Newgate garage again. Highly recommend and thanks again guys.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, I had an appointment for 3:00 and understanding my situation they MOT’d my car earlier while I sat and waited. Highly recommend their service! happy customer
