Great service today to isolate an en suite radiator that had fallen off the wall. Rang CJ heating and the problem was resolved and were straight out to us within a few hours. Many Thanks Sarah Stocks.
I called to have a leak checked for repairs - as soon as I explained the issue, it was clear there was no interest to consider the job - hence the rather abrupt and dismissive response. I even had to ask whether that was how he usually speaks to customers because the tone felt unusually strange. Afterward, I went through the reviews. While most were positive, I noticed one of the few negative reviews described an experience almost identical to mine. Based on this, I can only assume that when he’s not interested in a job, he reacts too quickly and too sharply - creating a different impression (since I don't sound like most he'd served / serves). I hope this review helps highlight how easily such interactions can be misunderstood, and how a small change in communication could prevent leaving the wrong impression.
Woke up to a leaking toilet, rang CJ heating and he was here within the hour and sorted it before lunchtime. Rang round a few before and they were crazy expensive! Would definitely recommend.
Absolute legend, came straight away, fixed our problem efficiently and with good humour and all for a reasonable price. Who could ask for more!
