Awful staff membe experience today. Especially the Asian lady who's name starts with R. I was not impressed with her she's always so unpleasant to speak to. I would like to say her customer service needs work, you may understand how medication works better then me however I don't need to be spoken down to like I'm stupid.
Mirfield health centre pharmacy.. No customer service what so ever. Went to collect a prescription for my granddaughter and was told it wasn't there and to check with the doctors. Went to doctors to be informed it was there and went back to a queue of about 10 people waiting,after another wait was again informed script wasn't there and did I know the NHS number(really who knows this) back to the doctors again after being dismissed. Took nhs number to them and a miracle happened they found the script. None of items in stock. That's over 1/2 hour of my life I won't get back. Nor will I be returning to this chemist once I finally get the prescription. Worst pharmacy ever! Rude unhelpful staff. Only gave 1 star because it would not let me post without 😤😤😤
