I had a bad experience with one of the pharmacists at this pharmacy. His attitude was unpleasant, and he consistently failed to give me the complete prescription, even though I received a message confirming it was ready before I arrived. This happened repeatedly and became very annoying. I hope they will pay more attention to customer comfort and improve their service.

I visited the chemist recently as I had developed sinusitis after a bad cold. I had a private consultation with the pharmacist. She was very thorough, personable and knowledgeable. I was given some medication which cured the problem in 3 days. Can't rate the service highly enough and it saved a visit to the GP surgery who are extremely busy.

Great, helpful team here. Always friendly I popped in today, after the health centre refused to see me with an emergency eye problem. They kindly called an emergency opticians for me and got me an appointment.

I collect my repeats from boots on old bank road, and have the best service I have ever received from them, they are all so lovely and polite, the know you by name, and just make life easier in general, even when illnesses stop me from talking or being able to communicate, there is never any judgement, they are just amazing!!!
