Just had Bentley plumbing & heating to my 90 year old mother’s boiler . Initially it was a standard service however as the boiler was 19 years old there were some issues flagged up . He was very upfront & transparent with what it needed and gave her a couple of choices . Parts were ordered and he duly returned to fit them leaving the boiler good and well . Sadly not long after the boiler developed further faults and he returned, due to her age , immediately as he didn’t want to leave her without heat or water . Despite spending a lot of time trying to get it working a lot of unpaid time I hasten to add on the phone to Baxi they were unable to detect the fault over the phone so said they’d have to call at a ridiculous cost . My mum decided it was time for a new boiler so quite generously he gave my mum a credit for the previous work against a new boiler . I can’t tell you how generous this was and she was so grateful, new boiler now fitted . Don’t hesitate to use Bentley plumbing services honest , upfront and incredibly honest … thanks again on behalf of my mum

We’ve had neumerous jobs undertaken by Bentley Gas & Plumbing Ltd. From new boiler install, fixing plumbing problems both at home and at my place of work and currently in the process of organising a new bathroom suite. Genuinely a fantastic service all around, polite punctual and all works to a brilliant standard, never a mess and always happy to advise if anything crops up. definitely the only plumber we would recommend and have recommended to friends and family on many occasions.

I recentley had a new boiler and small radiator fitted by Nathan and James from Bentley Gas & Plumbing. They did a really professional and detailed job at a very good price, and I will be contacting them again for future jobs I may have. They were very informative and explained everything perfectly to me, so I would highly recommend Bentley Gas & Plumbing. Neil (Dewsbury)

1st time using this company...(had a emergency)5 star all the way.. rang them up with a leaking bust pipe up stairs with in a hour" James" from the company arrived he Was very polite &introduced him self to us , With in the hour our bust leaking pipe!! was fixed , we are really happy with the time and effort the company have given us seen tho it was Sunday after 3 PM.. we will recommend 100% to our friends n family ... Thank you for all your effort today really appreciated.
