2 lads arrived with a big forklift this morning to move a print machine out & put another one in place. A pair of real diamonds. Thorough, professional, clean, tidy, hard working guys. Chris & Josh I think we’re the names, can I have them back for part 2 of the grand plan in 6 months time please?

They used to be spot on with everything, but sadly now just getting a quote from them is very challenging. Husband Rang last Friday they said send emails and pictures of job that needs doing. I sent emails/pics, but they weren’t interested in giving a quote even though Husband rang them after again on Monday. they said they’ll get back to us, but failed that too. Such a shame as Husband had used them for work over the years when the elderly parents run the business. They’re were very good but sadly not even able to provide quotes today anymore. All I received was an email asking for our personal details etc to keep us on their data base system, but I feel this isn’t necessary as the details of the job, pics and location was given in email for a quote. Not the same service anymore. If you need a quote you may need to get in touch afew months in advance for a quote. I have been waiting around since last week and really it’s just been a waste of time waiting for them to get back. If they’re not interested they should just say if they’re not interested in a job/customer, instead of ignoring and wasting customers time. Very disappointed used to best in town Didn’t want to leave this feedback but it’s been a waste of time and not a good experience as a customer.
