We have recently sold our house and bought a new home and used Haighs for both parts of the sale. Absolutely outstanding service. We were at the top of the chain and Alison was so efficient to ensure we were ready to complete at the same time as the lower part without any delay. She answered emails very quickly and also kept us updated at all times. Honestly the smoothest house transaction we’ve ever had and all done in less than 3 months. Absolutely fantastic service, highly recommend and thank you to Haighs for making the stressful process so relaxed and easy.

I cannot recommend Alison enough for her help with 2 separate cases in the last few months. I first used Alison years ago on the purchase of my first home, after selling my home I was recommended a solicitor through my estate agent. AVOID AVOID AVOID A simple probate turned into a 20 month nightmare of frustration and stress. Nick did not return calls, respond or reply to emails, give updates. He denied receiving emails until he was shown proof he infact had. I had to go to the office on three occasions and refuse to leave until he spoke with me after I made numerous calls which he refused to take. The 3rd and final time I went to the office unannounced was the day it was resolved. He didn't give out correct advice which resulted in me having to do somethings myself. Stalling tactics were used after saying he'd do something, then didn't do it. All in all a very bad experience. Unprofessional. The company secretaries who I spoke with multiple times were very pleasant, apologetic and tried to help, couldn't thank them enough.
