Bought a vape (double one at £13) on 16/08/2024. Two days later - 18/08/2024 it stopped pulling through but still showing 63% of liquid being left and battery. I went in to see if this can be switched due to it only being 2 days old and literally not working. Was advised that it can’t be done because someone in particular has to do it who wasn’t there. So I gave it a day and went back this afternoon - still no sign of this person. Just got the same response - sorry cannot do it. It has to be him. There should be a policy which all colleagues who work there can follow. There shouldn’t be just one person - who isn’t even available - to do this. Just taking money and not helping when needed.
Used to be a lot better when it first opened but seems to have changed hands. You get a varied result depending on who cuts your hair now. Used it all the time but will be looking for an alternative from now on - shame though as started out great and good value.
Very efficient, gave my son a haircut. Very good ,professional cut. Very good price £5. I will be making this barbers my port of call for my Son's haircuts in future.
Great haircut, the guy took his time and made sure I looked sharp, despite the shop being busy 10/10
