The Service and staff here are great. I have ordered lots of things online over the last couple of years but only recently had to go to the outlet a couple of times to exchange items. The staff are always really welcoming and helpful. Even today when I turned up before opening time, they were happy to help. Great service !

Avoid this company completely unless you want to battle with them for three months for a refund. Customer service is appalling. Check their reviews on trust pilot as there are many people saying the same thing. They might offer discounted prices but it isn't worth it. My Mum ordered a top in November which was returned as it wasn't suitable. The first excuse was that they had a backlog of refunds, which we could understand with it being Christmas time. When I chased it again they tried to say the return didn't reach them. Thankfully I had all of the tracking information as it was booked online. County golf claimed they didn't have the item and asked for photo evidence. I had this from the courier so sent it over. They maintained that they didn't recognize the person / location in the image. I went on Google maps to prove it was their premises and they didn't respond. When I chased it they still tried to avoid paying the refund asking for other details!!! With some persistence I got my Mum her refund, but it wasn't a nice experience.
