Prom Queen operates on Tuesday and Friday evenings from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please note the store is closed on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Payment is convenient, with the shop accepting major credit and debit cards. Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. It was more than a prom dress, it was a whole experience! The owner was very patient as we tried on so many dresses, nothing was too much trouble and the dress we finally chose was stunning. Very good quality. And the fact that no one else could’ve bought the exact same dress from there really eased my daughter’s anxiety around turning up in the same as someone else! 🤦🏼‍♀️ no doubt in a couple of years we’ll be back… for her wedding dress! Thank you.

Me and my daughter paid a visit to the Prom Queen shop after visiting others and we were so impressed with the 1:1, bespoke customer service provided by Clare. No pressure, no timings to make a decision, tried many on and retried with feeling awkward, just fantastic customer service that really made my daughter feel at ease. Would definitely highly recommend Clare. Great communication after the purchase and final fitting too. Felt very looked after.

It was such a WONDERFUL experience here, I had Claire and Evie help me out with various dresses and made the time so comfortable and open to express how I felt about each one. It was absolutely perfect and the vast variety of different styles and colours available allowed me to really step out of my comfort zone and try on things I never would've thought I liked. I would recommend this to everyone and will certainly be recommending it to younger friends. Thank you so so much 💗 💓 💛
