Dropped my Mac in yesterday after being told that the owner of the shop didn’t deal with Mac’s but he had someone that did (was given his card in the shop) Phoned today for an update to be told that he couldn’t fix it as he couldn’t take the screen off. I complained that someone should have rang and told me this yesterday so I could have taken it somewhere else. Went to pick it up today, told owner that he should have never accepted it and that communication was poor. He told me that all he had done was taken delivery of the computer because the other shop was closed, when I challenged this he told me that my husband was a liar. He then went on to tell me that I had been racist to the other fellow on the phone and that the call had been recorded. This is absolutely not true! I asked him to open a gate to get back to my car, he told me it was unlocked and that I was very unobservant! He then ushered me and my 5 yr old out of his door! 2 mins later he called my phone being all nice and saying he wanted to confirm with my husband that he had told him he couldn’t fix it, I believe that he was recording this conversation without my consent! What a rude, ignorant man! Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole!

A Windows Update had corrupted the operating system on our Hewlett Packard laptop. We took it to Andrew at Mirfield Computers. Within 24 hours the problem was fixed and we were up and running again. The £50 repair charge included a full service of the Laptop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Always friendly and inviting very informative and helpful no job too small and very reasonably prices, I have been going here for the last 6 years wouldn’t go anywhere else.
