Sue Bradley Flowers

My husband ordered flowers for me for our anniversary, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The order was placed in advance, but when the delivery arrived, it was completely different from what had been ordered. When we called the company to raise the issue, their response was simply: “If you don’t like them, you can bring them back.” But how does that work with a surprise gift? By the next day, the roses were already wilting. We returned them within 24 hours, but no clear explanation was given about how the refund would be processed, and we didn’t even receive an apology. I had to go back to the shop twice just to get some resolution. Honestly, I don’t believe this bouquet was worth £60 – it looked exactly like something you could buy in ALDI, and it started wilting the very next day. Very poor quality and even worse customer service. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Brilliant service! I arranged for two sympathy bouquets to be sent which were arranged beautifully, arrived in good time and were even delivered by Sue herself. I was updated for each step of the order and delivery process which was really helpful. Thank you, can't wait to use you again.

Amazing service and flowers. I found out at lunchtime my daughter in law was ill and these were delivered to her in the afternoon. Lovely lady, so helpful. I would definitely recommend

Hi my wife has waiting in all day for some super market flowers I am not happy at all with the price they charged me I could of got better at a super market & she was in but they left them on the door step I am not happy at all I bet I will not get a refund back I won't be going here again I found it on line& I was rushing my dinner so I good order my wife some lovely flowers but I am very disappointed with the service I have received
