Fantastic Friendly local stores great range of grab and go supermarket items. They do some fantastic breakfast sandwiches. Always very helpful staff even with breakfast sausages for dogs !! Fantastic small local businesses.

Accidently found a hidden gem. They have the best ice cream, even better than Dixons or Ice Stone. Friendly staff. This store has pretty much anything you might need, including hot drinks and even freshly made waffles. Our regular stop every Friday

Cracking local shop that caters for most of your 'last minute needs' or 'those things that I forgot to get with my weekly shop'. Also has a fabulous early morning and lunchtime sandwich bar that offers a great range of quality and keenly priced food - try the breakfast box, you will not regret it. They have recently expanded their services to include a night time pizza takeaway and are almost ready to launch a Dessert Box service from early lunchtime to late night. What more could you want. Update 14 April 2022 The Dessert Box service is now open, not tried it yet but the menu looks very tasty! The breakfast service from Sue is still just excellent, recommended very highly!

This has become my #1local breakfast place with all the cafes closing around and not many offering delivery, the only other nearest decent one is in birstall, food always arrives really warm if not hot, good quality and very friendly staff, wish they was open abit later for after them nights out when you just can't bare to get yourself out of bed till after 1pm 😅 would recommend highly if your hungover
