Remains of narrow bridge built to allow horses that pulled the barges (until the 1940's) to cross the river to the towpath on the opposite bank. Bridge was removed around 1958.

Like the other person who reviewed says, old bridge that used to go onto the Mills, my ancestor sadly passed away here
