We can’t thank this marina enough for their kindness and support! Our boat broke down right at the sanitary station just before sunset, and within minutes we had several incredibly helpful residents checking in to see if we needed assistance. They kindly allowed us to stay overnight while we waited for our marine engineer to arrive. The next day, our engineer quickly fixed the issue — but what really stood out was how generous and welcoming everyone at the marina was. As a new boater with no single-handed boating experience, I was truly touched by how three wonderful people stepped in to help me move the boat safely from the sanitary station to a visitor mooring space. I don’t want to name anyone, but I’m sure you all know who you are — your help meant the world to me. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive and heartwarming experience. Highly recommend this marina to anyone — truly 5-star service and community spirit! 🚤💙
Brilliant Been 3 times this year 2 visit with the elderly MAGIC Group - movement and games in chairs Yesterday 21st August- family and friends group Loved by all, staff are brilliant and amazing Very caring Arthur is so helpful too, so are the other members I can't remember all there names Well done by all
