Had a lovely back/face/scalp massage with Nikola today. The pressure was just as I requested and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep a few times, which isn’t like me! The decor and feel of the place is lovely too 😊
Lily was lovely and so friendly. She spent so much time and care doing the full set of biab nails it didnt feel rushed. I'm so happy with the finish and colour and looking forward to my next visit for my Christmas nails.
Another lovely visit to Zen spa ....I always feel totally relaxed with what Caroline suggests as she is a perfectionist - a true Artisan. Everything is always explained well, and more importantly I would be totally confident should I need any after care. All staff seem really friendly, yet professional. All in all a lovely ambience created by someone who is passionate about her business.
This was my first visit to Zen Spa. I feel completely out of my comfort zone in a salon but Evie made the whole experience enjoyable. Evie had a very pleasant manner throughout all three of my treatments and took her time and care with each. Very happy with the overall service thank you. Lisa
