I started prenatal yoga with Virginia when I was 16 weeks pregnant and can't thank Virginia enough for all her help. I wasn't doing yoga before and wasn't very stretchy so really needed this for pregnancy. Very early during pregnancy I started struggling with sciatica pain and wasn't sleeping well. However, I noticed that I was having better sleep following yoga classes as yoga techniques were helping to essay the pain. Virginia was always there to adjust any position to meet our needs e.g I was experiencing reflux during pregnancy and she was adjusting positions to avoid reflax. I was 39 weeks pregnant was still able to go on a full squat, lift myself up and put on my shoes without help and I believe yoga played massive role in this and my quick recovery. My little one was born with a C- Section and was struggling to latch on my breast, I was discharged from hospital in the night and Virginia made herself available straight away the following day, came to our house and helped me with breastfeeding. Unfortunately, after giving birth I experienced some baby blues and I am so glad Virginia was there for me not just as a Doula but as a human as well! I can't thank Virginia enough for everything she did for me during my pregnancy and during my recovery ☺️ would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I attended prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, and also a birth workshop with Virginia over the course of nearly a year. I would definitely recommend Virginia's classes to any expecting Mums. Meeting up with other women who are experiencing something similar in a friendly and welcoming class was always lovely. Virginia would check in with each person at the start of every session and adapt exercises to your individual needs, which was great. The prenatal classes and workshop helped me to prepare mentally and physically for coping with childbirth. I found the techniques that I learned in the class very helpful to have as tools when I needed them. It was also good to work on my recovery from pregnancy and birth during the postnatal yoga classes. I am really glad that I found these classes as they made a big difference in my pregnancy journey. Thank you Virginia!

Virginia is such an intuitive, gentle, empathic teacher and guide in her yoga practice. I loved going to the pre-natal and post- natal groups and learnt so much about my body, and birth. I highly recommend Virginia for any woman who wants a safe, welcoming, peaceful, accepting space to come and just be, breathe, move, and share the highs and lows of their pregnancy and post- natal journey. Thank you so much! Jess

Virginia is so lovely, her Pre Natal yoga class was a huge help during my pregnancy. It gave me the time to relax and focus. The tips and advice for labour were also so helpful and Virginia and the class was so friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend.
