Thistledown House

Description

Thistledown House is a small bed and breakfast set in the countryside. It has open views of the countryside, neighbouring fields have horses, donkeys, goats and even alpacas. We have our own hens which supply eggs for our guests breakfast. We have a beautiful, friendly black labrador called Ted who is always at the ready to give our guests a rapturous welcome. We allow( in addition to our dog) one small dog in our bed and breakfast but only with our agreement. Thistledown house is adjacent to the award winning Old Granary CL which is adult only and run by Maureen and David ( team M and D). Caravanners can have their elderly relative stay in the bed and breakfast while they enjoy a more rustic setting. The caravan site has a maximum of 5 caravans on it at any time. It does not impinge the bed and breakfast outlook.

We are also affiliated to Skipbridge Country Weddings, wedding guests or family can stay in our bed and breakfast whilst the wedding takes place in the beautiful grounds of skipbridge farm. (www.skipbridgecountryweddings.co.uk)
