Red House Estate

Great place to stay! Prince Rupert House perfect for 11 people celebrating a 60th birthday. Dogs came too! Very clean and full of everything you need. Not too far to shops and restaurants and a good place to stay to go into York. Will definitely go again!

I'd highly recommend this place. Brilliant accommodation that was spacious, very well equipped and very clean and tidy. We stayed in the Garden House. Book direct through them. Extra facilities like the pool and tennis were brilliant. Once you've swum a length the pool is warm enough 😉. Great extra grass area outside the back garden gate. Safe and spacious for kids. It's a little bit of a drive to shops and pubs but there's no real need to leave the estate if you bring all you need. It would have been even better if we'd had the best of the May weather we've recently had. Onsite staff and owners incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks.

Went for a couple of nights to meet my family in there caravan so this is based in that. Stunning site, plenty of space for caravans. Swimming pool was a great size, tennis and croquet available. Will be joining my family again next year for a longer stay and seriously cannot wait

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Comfortable and cosy house, spacious and plentiful rooms and close proximity to York park and ride. Loved every minute of our mini holiday, it was perfect for a large family! Would absolutely recommend (Stayed in the prince Rupert house)
