Used to be a great place to go and spend the day studying! Over the last year though, it's been so uncomfortable that I've packed up and gone home after a short while because its always cold. They no longer put the heaters on so it's freezing in there, with people often sat with their coats on and hoods up! There is also only one toilet, a disabled toilet that is usually messy because staff don't seem to check and clean it regularly and the public in general is dirty...Is it so hard to clean your mess after you've finished?! You ruin it for everybody else! Needing the loo will make me pack up and go home, or have to leave the premises to use the toilets at Sainsbury's which are cleaned regularly. Such a shame as its generally a nice space and the staff are usually friendly and helpful.

Lovely library, much bigger than a few other library's I've been to and it's got a fab dedicated kids area! My daughter loves coming here and the staff are always so friendly.

The library itself is very good. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. My concern Is with the delivery system of books. The phrase "in transit" raises expectations that the item will become available shortly, but so often this turns out not to be the case. Should "in transit" take 10 days or longer? It begs the question of where are items being transited to and by whom?

It is the first time I have visited the library. My request was to type up and print a resume/CV. The staff were so very helpful. Thank you. Sue - 19th July
