Little People Nursery and Out-of-School Club

My child has been attending Little People since the age of 10 months old. I've always been more than satisfied with the level of care received. Both staff and management have supported me with any anxieties I have had around leaving my baby in a. childcare setting. My child runs into nursery every day, doesn't look back and often "speaks" about his friends and his key workers whilst at home. His development in terms of social skills and language have both come on very well. I find the nursery take a real interest in our family and ensuring both my child and we as parents are happy. I would have no hesitation recommending this setting to friends and family.

My daughter started little people in 2019 and throughout covid -19 they went over and above to help support us as front line workers but also my 3 year old daughter. From this amazing experience we did not hesitate to send our son who started in 2022. There are a lot of the same staff still there and remember my daughter from when she attended! The nursery is so welcoming and having been so supportive when my son has been unsure of leaving me. I know how much they care for my son and I can leave him to go to work reassured he is in the best hands. My son loves attending and has a great relationship with all the staff but in particular his key worker!you all do a fab job - keep up the good work!

I am always pleased with the care provided by Little People Nurseries (Alwoodley) , which my children attend during the school holidays! It is a warm, multicultural and friendly environment where staff make every effort to ensure that every child, especially the more sensitive ones, feels safe and loved. As a parent of a child with an anxiety disorder, I can wholeheartedly say that my daughter is not only having a great time, but also feeling at ease, which is a huge relief. The dedicated staff and management team regularly check that children are happy and comfortable. The Manager Kiren is lovely and always helpful person!!! I highly recommend this nursery to working parents who need a supportive and caring environment for their children.

I cannot recommend Little People Alwoodley enough to parents looking for a place to send their little ones. I have 2 children attending the nursery (ages 1 & 3) and they absolutely love the nursery because of how welcome the staff have made them, the fun activities they do & the friends they have made. Every single member of staff is friendly, kind and caring, in particular Gabi & Seetal who have taken the utmost care of my kids. The nursery manager Kiren is fantastic; she is always willing to discuss any concerns with me & her level of communication is excellent. She also helps out with the children when necessary & my daughter absolutely adores her! Choosing a nursery can be daunting but little people Alwoodley are the best choice I could have made & I can confidently say you will not regret sending your children here.

My daughter has attended little people alwoodley since she was 11 months old now she's 2 an a half. The nursery staff and manager have been nothing but accommodating from letting her start early to increasing her days. Communication is second to non and my little girl loves going to nursery always running in and got the biggest smiles at pick up. Being a single parent it is hard to trust who has your children but knowing she's loved just as much at nursery as she is at home is truly a blessing and I recommend without hesitation. No question is too much and all the hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the fabulous job 👏 & a huge thank you 🥰
