Very disappointed with the quality of food!nothing compared to what it was like trading under the same name at Moortown Rugby club. only recognise one of the chefs as an original. It’s just going to be like any other chain takeaway, as the owner of Pizza Pizza was in the kitchen with the rest of the ‘chefs’/staff. Was told a 25 minute wait, turned into 45 minutes. Beef in the birria was mushy and tasteless, chicken wings are not fresh and also next to no flavour, chips were not cooked and the artificial fake cheese thrown on the chips and nachos was disgusting. The prices you charge should reflect in the food and customers expect good quality of food and it really isn’t anything special anymore. They also know the demand so no excuse for the food to not be upto standards. £37 down the drain. Try birria birria if you want some nice food not this garbage.

Got the birria box. It was extremely busy when I ordered and was told 25 to 30mins and 25-30 mins it was! Food was absolutely amazing. Different flavours and textures with every bite you really can’t go wrong for £37. Will definitely be recommending and coming back!

Best food we have had in a long time! We are not usually ones to choose Mexican as our first choice but after seeing all the reels on social media we thought we would give it a go. WOW! The food was absolutely amazing!! Was worth the drive out and we Definitely doing it again and be going back 😋 All I would say is Be mindful of being able to sit down as tables are limited due to demand and no pre bookings. Takeaway is available though.

Been waiting for this for ages! As someone that’s been to Mexico City twice and had some really amazing Birria Tacos, this is the closest thing I can find, to replicating the authentic food! I’m so glad they are back open and it’s so lovely to see the owner’s working behind the counter and in the kitchen. Understandably because of the hype, when we arrived on Friday night, they let us know immediately it would be a one hour wait (they only opened on the Wednesday), but we were more than happy to wait and went across the road to Wetherspoons for a cheeky corona to get in the mood 😅. Came back about forty minutes later and it was getting plated up in the box, as we walked in, so it was perfect timing. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, people need to have more patience and realise this is a small business getting back on their feet, after some previous management issues. This Birria Boyz is brand new and improved and still hearty and delicious and the portions are huge!! Definitely my Friday night comfort treat!

Visited birria boyz today, staff was super friendly and the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. The food itself was 10/10 and full of flavour especially the honey siracha tacos and mac n cheese. Definitely worth trying!!!
