Terrible. I know virgin media have made a promise to keep brsnches open, but this one should go

Absolutely abysmal,no one at this branch seems to care about customers.How long does it take to transfer one of their Isa's into another of their Ida's? OVER 5 WEEKSis the answer & it still has not happened!! Staff are very poor & don't want to help,all they seem interested in is fobbing you off with ridiculous answers. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. It is a utter joke. Don't know how they all keep their jobs as they are useless. Would have given minus 5 stars but couldn't do that. Don't waste your time with this so called bank.

If I could give a minus star I would. Ever since virgin money has opened with the new staff, atmosphere and vibe of the place has changed. The workers and cashiers and miserable sods, with so much attitude, its as if I'm withdrawing money from their personal accounts. Every time I have been in the Moortown leeds branch I dread it! They have always been difficult and arsey. The long blonde haired cashier refused to give my my money because it had just been transfered to my account the same day, i have withdrawn same day previously. How does that make sense? I am being refused access to my money??? I absolutely hate going into that branch and will be closing my account. All because of their lack of people skills. Racism is also 100000% APPARENT!

I just visited this branch today and they staff were super helpful and friendly. It didn’t take long to get seen to. The two lovely ladies (blonde young lady and the young lady with a headscarf (I forgot their names)) but they provided me with extremely helpful advise on the best interest rates and savings accounts for me. I highly recommend this branch.

In nearly 70 years of banking, I have never experienced more abusive behaviour from both the manager and her staff. It verges on illegal practice and I am certainly referring my experiences to the banking ombudsman.
