It was my first time with Ruth as a result of a gift voucher I received for my birthday. I went for the Environ facial and oh my goodness- it was heaven! Ruth had a consultation with me first just to decide the best products to use and align with my skin needs. The facial also included the use of a sonic wave device, a hydration mask and a neck, face, shoulder massage. You can tell Ruth is an expert in her craft, and has created the most relaxing, comfortable and stunning studio for all your beauty needs. I felt totally at ease, with just the right amount of conversation and relaxation during my facial. Will definitely be coming again!

Ruth & Ellie are absolutely smashing! They are experts and such perfectionists that every time i visit its perfect! Today was my beautiful dusky pink sparkly nails! Thank you ladies! Xx

I’ve been coming to Ruth’s for over 10 years now so it’s so much more than visiting my Beauty therapist! I love the way her treatments have evolved with the changes of her clients and their ages! She really does put us first! I look forward to my monthly ‘me time’ and catch up. I always leave feeling so much better physically and mentally! Thank you Ruth!!!

Always an amazing experience had with the girls at No 11. I Usually see Ellie for my treatments. Since Ellie's been on maternity leave I have had the pleasure of Olivia tending to me. She has done an amazing job with looking after me while in the salon and to say she's a relatively new member of staff it feels like shes always been there. I would definitely recommend Olivia to everyone. "Thanks for the amazing service girls" x
