I have been going to The Spine Guy for around 10 months and have seen a vast improvement in persistent tension headaches and upper back and shoulder pain - nothing before had worked to keep the pain at bay long term, but they are so much better now. Jeff has also been able to improve lower back pain I've experienced. It has made me much more aware of my health holistically and how I can take care of it through the regular exercises provided to help build strength and balance. Plus, the whole team are so lovely and friendly, and responsive to feedback, and the clinic has a good atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend!

His expertise and care made a world of difference in my recovery. Laura and the entire team are brilliantly organised and efficient, managing everything behind the scenes seamlessly.
