Very disappointing experience with this UPS Access Point. I handed over a return parcel to the STAFF here, two days ago to be sent back to ASOS and showed them the return scan, after which I was assured everything had been processed correctly. Despite this, the parcel was returned to me because the WRONG LABEL was attached by the staff at this UPS Access Point. The correct address label was left hanging on the side of the parcel instead of being properly secured. To make matters worse, the UPS delivery driver who returned the parcel blamed us for not providing the correct address, even though the mistake was clearly made by the STAFF at this location. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this UPS Access Point. Poor customer service.
