Moved recently from another practice. My experience so far is just wonderful. The doctor is thorough, responsive and authoritative and she listens to what you say. Reception and clerical people are polite, pleasant and quick to respond both to phone calls and emails. Couldn’t be happier.
I have always had excellent care and service from this practice. I am a great fan of their digital applications - especially the e-reception. It frees up the telphone lines and means I am not frustrated whilst on hold. I am able to list my concerns and worries and what I would like to happen. It's extremely efficient for me and the clinicians. After using this service on several occasions I have had quick call backs and directed to: physio/nurse/phlebotomist/telephone consult or actual consult. It is a different way of working with a clinical team and it suits me very well. I appreciate it may not be ideal for some people but I think the practice has done well to try and adapt in modern health care times
First time visit here, staff were friendly and professional, was met in car park and given directions, once inside plenty of staff to direct on each stage, the vaccination, felt nothing but a small price, well pleased, a big thank you to all the staff involved, was put at ease from start to finish
My only experience was with the receptionist for temporary registration with the surgery. Receptionist was rude and unfriendly and it turned out that I was not registered at all despite my request and filling in the required paperwork.
The doctors are great; if you ever actually get an appointment. Practice seems to be constantly closed and they bombard you with texts explaining this
