Regency Dry Cleaners

I have never experienced such an unprofessional service. I took curtains to the sister shop in Chapel Allerton and they were sent to this shop for cleaning. The shop was supposed to open st 9am on Saturday according to Google, still weren’t open at 9.15am so I left, went back at 11 ish ,. It was raining & windy and I was asked if I wanted them wrapping - of course I do !! Then when I looked at them I wasn’t even sure they’d been cleaned, when I asked the young man said “ well maybe we should have checked them and given them another clean” . I will never take curtains to these cleaners again and I suggest you don’t either!!!

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL!! Absolutely abysmal quality of work, even worse service - disgraceful. A simple basic alteration on two pairs of trousers and they are both ruined - no exaggeration. Atrocious in every possible way doesn’t even come close. DO NOT GO HERE !!

Not happy with the quality of cleaning and press when I went to collect the suit didn't even look as if it had been worked on at all marks still showing and more creased than when I left it I asked for a refund which was refused said that they would clean again. When I called back to collect again later in the day the item was a little better but not what I would expect from a professional cleaning company when I again expressed my dissatisfaction I was told -could not make a 20 year old suit look new -the suit is in fact only a couple of years old. Apart from the service I found the staff to be very rude with attitude not even looking at me when speaking I will certainly not use again and would not recommend at all.

Disappointed by the cost of having my curtains cleaned. Have had exactly the same size and number beautifully cleaned for 1/3 the price elsewhere. The presentation of the shop is poor and doesn't inspire confidence, though am satisfied with the job done. Sadly will go elsewhere in future

Though a long walk for me, it is far better than my local dry cleaners. They were quick, efficient and did a good job for a fair price. The guy who took my suit had excellent customer service skills too.
