I have been looking to rent a flat/small house in Chapel Allerton, and found several options on the Linley and Simpson website, after a friend recommended them as a good agency. All properties that I viewed were of good quality. The process from booking a viewing, to submitting an application was quick and easy, and I was given viewing appointments within 3 days. The agents were on time and very helpful: they responded to all my queries rapidly. After submitting an application, it was relayed to landlord very quickly and the property was secured within a few hours. I was copied into all communication, which I found very helpful. The service I received from Linley and Simpson was very professional, and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a rental property.

Genuinely the best experience I've ever had with a letting agent in Leeds (I've lived and rented here for 7 years and experienced many different letting agents). They have been friendly, warm, helpful and have worked quickly to help me secure a lovely new house to rent. The property is the best I've seen in the Chapel Allerton area for a while and they've made it a smooth process from start to finish. I've been very busy at work and not able to quickly fulfill a few things on my side of the application process, but they haven't made this an issue. Andrea & Gary have looked after the process and are both very personable, not like other letting agents I've experienced who are either a bit cheesy or disinterested! I move in a few weeks and am really looking forward to my new home!

The apartment I went to view was perfectly okay and the representative for Linley and Simpson by name Lehila Owen, was quite patient and really ready to answer any questions about the property. However, I couldn't proceed because of the stress of climbing stairs. And in addition to being supportive, she also gave me an alternative of another property. Lovely reception 👍
