Very poor communication and unprofessional attitude. Emails are sent in a rude and abrupt manner, often without even basic greetings or courtesy. Messages feel more like commands than professional correspondence. This lack of respect and basic customer service makes dealing with this letting agent unpleasant and frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone who values clear, polite, and professional communication.
Smooth process and great service. Thanks Was selling two houses. One with Morfitt Shaw (5*), the other with Alan Cooke (1*… terrible!). With Morfitt Shaw… after 3 weeks house was sold. Had three offers including a cash buyer, with offers above bank’s valuation. Was copied in all the relevant conversations and yes the flat fee is a real differentiator. Would recommend.
If you're after a simple straight forward service then Morfitt Shaw are the ones to choose. They made the sale very easy and communication was consistent right through to completion – always being quick to respond with any queries. We definitely felt like we got value for money, compared to other agents in the area who were asking twice the price ( especially considering they sold our house twice ). Would recommend and would use again.

Graeme and Guy were recommended by a friend and I'm very glad I chose them. They sold my Mother's house quickly and efficiently. Good communication and a very honest no frills service that is great value for money. I recommend them.
