Stoneacre dealt with the sale of our family home. We wanted to use a local, independent estate agent. We hadn't moved for over 20 years, and so this wasn't easy for us. Katie and Matthew were absolutely brilliant. Not only were they extremely professional, but also very supportive. From arranging all the viewings, to liaising with the buyers once we had accepted an offer. They were happy to provide sensible advice when we needed it, and we felt that they were on our side. Their charges are also fair and value for money. I don't ever want to move again, but if I do, I would definitely use Stoneacre again and absolutely recommend them.
