If ever a firm of Estate Agents earned every penny of their fees it’s William H Brown at Oakwood in the sale of a property of mine. We went through coach parties of viewers, numerous offers and several buyers before finally making it to completion. No fault of Browns - they just kept on trying until we finally got there.
