In response to a review on behalf of the salon: Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely regret that your experience with us did not meet expectations, but we'd like to offer a clearer understanding of the situation. Initially, you booked a time slot that was not sufficient for the service you requested, which led to a rescheduled appointment. On the day of your arrival, you came in earlier than the rescheduled day and while our stylist was already fully booked with clients, she recommended that you consider finding another salon better suited to your needs. However, you chose to stay and were booked for the following day. Unfortunately, on the day of your appointment, our stylist fell ill unexpectedly, and the assistant attempted to reach all affected clients. Unfortunately, due to a lack of name and contact information carried over for your time slot, we were unable to notify you. Upon your arrival, we explained the situation, including the stylist’s illness. Rather than offering any concern for her health, the focus seemed solely on your own schedule. Our team even offered to fit you in with another stylist, though that didn’t meet your needs. We deeply regret that this situation caused you inconvenience, but we do ask for understanding that sometimes circumstances are beyond our control. We take great pride in our team’s dedication and strive to provide the best service to all clients. We’re sorry that your experience did not reflect that, and we hope you find a salon that better aligns with your expectations. On the final day, I arrived to find out the stylist didn’t even bother to come in. No apology, no responsibility. They clearly have no respect for their clients’ time or trust. I had to waste three days only to end up going somewhere else. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place at all costs.“

From a very faded purple to a beautiful balayage, Megan has done an amazing job with my Daughters hair. Very professional finish and no over charging. All the ladies made us feel very welcome and didn't feel like it was a clicky place like a lot of hairdressers. Thank you Sasha, Caitlin and again Megan. Will be visiting again soon.

Jack does my roots every 6-8 weeks. I have blonde hair but my hair is naturally black, so my roots come in very dark. He takes pride in his work and is thorough, professional, friendly, and attentive to my preferences. My hair is healthy and soft, thanks to him, and can't imagine going to anyone else for my hair.
