Got my hair cut there for the first time a few months ago. I asked for a V cut. I had mentioned this at booking and during the appointment. As soon as he started cutting, I knew I was not getting a V-cut as a V-cut involves pulling the hair forward from the sides. While the cut was good, it was not what I wanted. If you can't do the cut a client wants, please be honest - and try and learn it for next time! There are some very good youtube videos out there!

I got a cut and blow dry. The customer service was okay the owner Michael was quite patronising to me and rude to the worker helping him. The hair cut was not what I asked for at all, he didn’t take the time out to understand what I wanted with my haircut but did what he thought was best. He took a lot of length off which I said at the start that please not to take the much length off. He has also made my hair a lot thinner and taken a lot off when cutting. Working so hard to grow my hair due to alopecia it is hard breaking when a hair dresser doesn’t take the time out to be considerate and do what you’ve asked for . I won’t be going this place again.

I think that owner Micheal did a fabulous job on my hair.My hair is very long and thick and he managed to make it so voluminous and made me feel so confident in my hair I highly recommend this salon.
